I am currently a postdoc fellow at the CeNSE, IISC Bengaluru. My research interest deals with several fields of nonlinear and quantum optics in optical fiber and integrated platform. I have completed my Ph.D. in the field of nonlinear fiber optics from IIT Kharagpur in 2019. I have done M.Sc. in Physics from Vidyasagar University in 2012 and B.Sc. from Burdwan University in 2010.
Nonlinear optics deals with the light-matter interactions under intense light sources. In this project, we investigate enhance nonlinear light-matter interactions in low-loss advanced integrated photonic structure platform, with the aim to develop potential application in frequency comb, mid-IR supercontinuum source, and optical parametric amplifier. Furthermore, we focus on entangled photons sources and quantum properties of on-chip frequency combs at the telecommunication wavelength range.
